Excellent service
Had a lovely stay. All the staff are excellent. Bushman looked after me with expertise and friendliness. At the beach bar Paul was very polite and friendly, remembered our names and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were clean and well stocked each morning.
Enjoyable stay
I stayed in a room with good views which offered a perfect retreat after a day of work. The food was equally impressive, featuring a delectable array of culinary delights, and I like the way your table at the restaurant is always reserved. However, one minor drawback was the relatively expensive laundry service. While the quality of service was commendable, the cost seemed a bit steep.
Memorable vacation
Thank you Travellers for a wonderful vacation! We went to Travellers for the second time and we will definitely be back once more!
The food is great, the atmosphere is nice, the surroundings are beautiful and all staff is extremely friendly- but especially The Animation Team contributed to us having the most amazing, fun and memorable vacation!
Our sons at age 12 and 14 had so much fun and made new friends- so they really did not want to leave. Thank you Richard, Said, Daniel, Eddy, Tekla, Linah, Diane and the rest of the team for giving us magical moments 🙏🏻
Nice
Really nice hotel, with very good service and entertainments. Especially our waiter Bushman made our restaurant visits so nice. There are lot of activities to do like, water volleyball and water scooteres. Hakuna Matata 😎 thanks again..
Amazing
The place is so amazing. Food and service is so good. I especially enjoyed the service from Bushman. Would highly recommend. Also the hotel has a beachfront which is so great. It's amazing that we don't have to walk long distances to get to the beach. The pools are also really dope.
I really Like this Hotel
All the stuff to the rooms to the Pools and Overall this place is so nice I recommend. I really liked my experience and Most of all i have been saying at travellers in specific for more than 13 years and IT has never been better.I want to thank this waiter in specific called "Buschmann" Joseph has really been kind to us giving my daughter and l a warm Welcome.I am proud to say this that Buschmann IS the best waiter ever.

The surroundings inside the hotel are fantastic and tropical while also relaxing. People here are fantastic and very nice! Rooms are also nice and unique! Pool is amazing and if you look around you might spot some monkeys! Food very tasty. I recommend grilled octopus! memorable experience.

The hotel was great. Service and food were incredible and guests are incredibly well taken care of. Taxi drivers of the hotel also serve as tour guides when you travel with them, so safety is always guaranteed. Can recommend to everyone who is thinking about spending their holidays close to Mombasa. Also a lot of possibilities for activities. Excellent.
Great time
My family visited during the Christmas period and had a good time and great experience. We loved the welcome from the reception and the service for the five days we were here.The attendants are well trained, have great customer service and treat guests well. The location is good, easy access to various malls and transport is available right outside if you would like to tour the city. Food is well prepared, amazing variety and freshly done... though you should add chapatis please hehehe. All inclusive packages are indeed, all inclusive. We enjoyed the 4 o'clock tea and snacks. My children enjoyed swimming and the children's activities. The ladies attending the children were wonderful. We shall surely come back.

The hotel is really great. We would come again. Very nice staff, everyone courteous and helpful. The food tastes excellent, the chefs know what they are serving. I think it's great that local food was served and not just international. This way you get to know more about the culture. You can go on safari, dolphin tours and visit the Masai tribes through the hotel. With all inclusive you are busy eating around the clock, we won't book that again. It was too much food for us but it was great.

Travellers Beach Hotel is a hotel where service and customer satisfaction is at its best. The hotel has a large choice of fresh and delicious food (also for vegetarians and vegans). I would like to say thank you to our waiter Mr. Bushman who is one of the best I have met in his profession. He puts a smile on every customer's face and makes every meal a unique experience of service. The hotel is clean and safe. We had a very nice vacation and would visit any time again.
